BIRATNAGAR: The Nepal-India Friendship Youth Association, Morang, has demanded that Biratnagar Office of the Indian Embassy, not to be removed from there.
Sending a memorandum to Chairman of the Interim Election Council of Ministers, Khil Raj Regmi, today, the Association said that the office should not be removed from the place as the office has been providing support in different sectors including education, social and business.
A team under the leadership of Chairman of the Association, Mohammad Nasarul, sent the memo to Chairman Regmi through the Chief District Officer.
Similarly, industrialists, political parties and locals have been demanding that the Biratnagar-based office of the Indian Embassy should not be removed.
